Crown Range Road Upgrade Continues

The ongoing upgrade of the Crown Range Road continues from next week with the resurfacing of a further 2km stretch.

The 2011, $1 million upgrade, extending from the Eastbourne Gates will include road reshaping, improved drainage and a reseal.

Motorists using the Crown Range Road are advised that from Monday 24 January, delays of up to 10 minutes should be factored into their journey.

The upgrade is expected to deliver a more robust road surface and reduce maintenance and repair costs in the long term.

The work is scheduled to last 10 weeks and will finish at the end of March. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and respect the traffic controls in place.
