Woosh is now offering their broadband customers un-metered access to iSKY and Trade Me, allowing customers to use both sites without it counting towards their monthly data allowance.

A deal with SKY was announced last year and now all customers who sign up, or upgrade to one of Woosh’s ADSL broadband and landline packages, can browse Trade Me without worrying about their data usage, with all plans between 10 and 100 GB having full un-metred access to iSky..

iSKY is a new service from SKY TV, allowing SKY subscribers to stream content directly to their computers. Woosh is one of 6 ISPs who have offered un-metred access to the service.

“The launch of un-metered iSKY is perfect as it means that our customers will be able to watch iSKY without eating into their data allowance, Woosh customers will have greater peace of mind regarding their data usage and selection of a monthly plan.” said Woosh general manager Richard Fry

“We also wanted to give our ADSL bundle customers unlimited access to New Zealand’s most popular site, Trade Me. Now our customers can also have free un-metered broadband access to Trade Me, they can browse Trade Me, post sales or make purchases without using any of their monthly data allowance.”
