Strike a pose... Adelaide girl picked to model for cosmetics giant

Lights, Camera, Action… She’s a star, and she’s looking forward to being in the spotlight in October when she flies to Sydney to model for famous cosmetics label, Napoleon Perdis.


Nineteen year old Adelaide-based model, Samantha Fava, was selected to model for the famous cosmetics brand on Monday after entering a model search run by online talent community, StarNow.com.


As part of her prize, Miss Fava has won a host of exciting opportunities including a trip to Sydney for a professional photo shoot and makeover with the Napoleon Perdis studio. She will also receive $500 in Napoleon Perdis beauty products, and will attend a Napoleon Perdis Paparazzi Ready Makeup Skills Workshop.


When notified of her prize, Miss Fava was thrilled ``I’m lost for words! I’m really looking forward to it, I can’t wait.’’


According to Linda Sanday, spokesperson for Napoleon Perdis, Miss Fava was selected from almost 1000 other hopefuls for her ``unique look and contrasting features.’’


Miss Fava is a member of StarNow.com, the website that hosted the model search for Napoleon Perdis.
