The following athletes have been selected by Athletics New Zealand to compete at the 2011 World Youth Track and Field Championships in Lille, France 6 - 10 July.

Men
Joshua Hawkins (Auckland) 200 metres, 110 metres hurdles
Brendon Barnett (Tasman) long jump
Jackson Gill (Auckland) Shot Put
Nicholas Southgate (Auckland) Pole Vault
Pascal Kethers (Auckland) Pole Vault

The policy allows later nominations and the selectors may add other athletes following North and South Island Secondary Schools Championships.
