Success continues for Papakura

Harcourts acknowledged the successes of its top performing Northern Region Sales Consultants in the Harcourts End of Year Awards 2010/11 ceremony held at Auckland’s Pullman Hotel on Monday, 2ndMay.

There were 22 awards received by individuals and offices which covered the areas from Cape Reinga and the Bombay Hills. Papakura Rural Sales Consultant Lynn Lockhart received the title of Number One Sales Consultant in Harcourts’ Northern region.

“We are very proud of Lynn’s achievement in these latest awards. She always conducts herself with the utmost professionalism and works in a principled manner,” Harcourts Papakura Rural Branch Manager Chris Burger said.

“Communication with clients is a primary focus and the Papakura branch as a whole, consistently focuses on their needs. We are motivated to pairing the right people with the home and Lynn has always been outstanding at getting this right first time.”

Harcourts Group NZ CEO Hayden Duncan says the rural and lifestyle market has recently endured a tough period.

“Although the past year has been difficult in some sectors the outlook is positive. Sales Consultants like Lynn have and will continue to provide the best possible outcome for their clients.”

Having won this award for the third year running Lynn says it’s all about matching like with like.

“The main thing is to give 100% to the sellers in order to achieve the results they require. For buyers, its about listening to their needs and working to their timeframes.”
