Online services currently unavailable - MED

Online services on all MED websites are currently unavailable due to an unexpected hardware issue on a piece of equipment housed in our data centre. During this time clients will not be able to access any of our online services.

The affected websites include:

• Companies Office;
• Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR);
• Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR)
• G2B;
• Motor Vehicle Traders Register; and
• Societies and Trusts.

Applications due to expire today, will be expired when the website becomes available. You will not be penalised for this expiry, and the Companies Office, will work on a solution with you to begin or extend your application. This will be at no cost to you.

Services affected may include the following:

• Company incorporations
• Director and shareholder consent forms
• Name reservation extensions
• Authority requests
• Applications for Financial Service Providers
• Applications for Motor Vehicle Traders

When the website becomes available, if you require assistance with an expired task or application, please contact us via email.

Clients with securities on the Personal Property Securities Register that expire today, the 18th of May, who wish to renew the security for a further period should contact us via email or call us on 0508 777 746.
