Garageland are back - fit and ready to charm all rock and roll revolutionaries. The spacesuits are on and the rocket ship tank is full as they prepare to end their 7 year absence and restart ALL engines on their “magical musical mission to pop mars”.

On Saturday Night November 10th at Auckland’s Kings Arms, Garageland will firmly lace up their collective boots again and perform a swirling golden live set of intense back catalogue sonic pop & sonic rock and roll .

From “Pop Cigar”, “Nude Star” and “Fingerpops” to the present. No stoner will be left unturned -- glorious El turn atif endee pop is back.

After seven years of hanging out at and enjoying the sun the acclaimed 1990s pop rock outfit have found their fretboards again. The legendary East Auckland band have said “fuck it” and retuned their guitars for the first time in 2112 days because what’s good for The Pixies is good for the planet..

Garageland; three line ups, three albums, free air travel, free hotels, free booze, and number three in the national charts when a year before everyone thought it would be 333. Freedom.

Here’s what you get: Debut album Last Exit To Garageland revisited in depth for the first time in 10 years. Happy, foot-to-the-floor, sonic visits to their other albums, the critically acclaimed Do What You Want and Scorpio Righting. And a group of hardworking slackers ( 1990 hippies ) proud of their work.

Garageland, playing Auckland’s Kings Arms Tavern, Saturday 10th November. Come let your hair down, roll up your sleeves and show off your beautiful last century tattoos. Pre-sales $20 from Real Groovy.

Saturday 10 November, Kings Arms, Auckland.
