Miss Ayers joins the Rydges executive team from the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor, Wellington, where she was previously Director of Sales.

A proven and proficient performer, Miss Ayers brings a strong background of international Hotel sales and marketing experience combined with a personable and innovative management style to her new role.

Ayers has big plans for Rydges. She has already set about ensuring Rydges Wellington is firmly known as the Capital’s newest landmark hotel.

She was responsible for a recent innovative, integrated social media and mobile marketing campaign, ‘Live Like a VIP’ that attracted national broadcast media attention from TVNZ’s Breakfast Show and the press.
