Sacred Hill has released the 2010 Chardonnay into its well-liked Reserve range. The 2010 Sacred Hill Chardonnay is another classic Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay which continues to over deliver in quality and value.
Produced with grapes sourced from the award winning Sacred Hill Rifleman’s Vineyard, this Chardonnay has all the hallmarks of a great vintage.
“This exceptional valued wine has been produced from our own estate vineyard, where all the extra love and attention has gone into producing beautiful fruit for the winemakers to enhance,” says Sacred Hill senior winemaker, Tony Bish.
The 2010 Sacred Hill Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay is ready to drink now or can be cellared for up to three years. A wine with purity of flavour and freshness, this Chardonnay has an enticing aroma of citrus and peach combined with hints of nougat and cashew nut. The palate is long and lingering combining citrus and peach with spicy oak nuances. It makes a great accompaniment with salads, seafood, and white meat.
