PUBLIC NOTICE OF DECISIONS ON SUBMISSIONS AND FURTHER SUBMISSIONS TO PLAN MODIFICATIONS OF THE CITY OF NAPIER DISTRICT PLAN
In accordance with Clause 10 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991 public notice is given that Council has made decisions on submissions and further submissions relating to the following Plan Modifications to the City of Napier District Plan:
- Plan Modification 1 Large Format Retail Zone
- Plan Modification 2 Business Park Zone
From the date of this notice – 20 August 2011 – the City of Napier District Plan is deemed to have been amended in accordance with those decisions.
Full copies of all decisions made and an amended version of the City of Napier District Plan incorporating the decisions on submissions are available for viewing at the Napier Public Library and the Planning Department reception. A copy of the amended Plan can also be viewed online at Napier City Council’s website: www.napier.govt.nz keyword: districtplan
