Festival set to rock Palmerston North

The Our People Our Place Festival is underway with amazing events happening throughout the city. The Festival runs from 4 September to 23 October.

The Palmerston North City Council is keen to ensure that the whole community can enjoy being in our city during the Rugby World Cup period - regardless of whether or not they want to attend the rugby!
