Headstrong are proud to announce that the feature film The Devil Dared Me To will have it’s New Zealand Premiere at Hoyts Sylvia Park in Auckland this week, immediately followed by a wide release across New Zealand on Thur Oct 11th.

The Devil Dared Me To is a turbo charged love story doused in gasoline and follows stuntman Randy Campbell who is hell bent on living the dream for which his legendary father died. This the debut feature from prolific creative powerhouse duo Matt Heath and Chris Stapp, who produced, directed, starred and performed their own stunts.

The film has now screened at fifteen international film festivals and has wowed audiences all over the globe, from Austin to Montreal to London to Berlin the fans have lapped up the goofy humour, the anarchy and the deranged stunts.

BollAG has been appointed Worldwide Sales agent (ex NZ/AUS/UK) and the film will be screening for buyers at the American Film Market in November. BollAG is headed up by legendary filmmaker Uwe Boll, notorious for his feature films (Alone in the Dark, Dungeon Siege, Postal ) but infamous for his decision to put on boxing gloves and lay a challenge to the mouthy critics of his films around the globe. After beating them all to a pulp, Headstrong decided that Uwe Boll and his company were the only ones with the balls to handle the Devil's Worldwide sales.

Fortunately 'The Devil Dared Me To' critics have been gushing in their praise and there has been no need to box any of them just yet.
