<p>Although August figures show property on hand is still low the across the majority of the country, Northern and South Island areas are showing higher numbers. </p>
<p>Apart from Christchurch, auctions are proving to be the sale method of choice indicating the demand is continuing to increase against supply. </p>

Spring has definitely sprung.</p>
