South Africa reached the quarter-finals of Rugby World Cup 2011 with a 100% record following a narrow 13-5 victory against Samoa in Auckland. 

Bryan Habana scored the only try of the match as the defending champions now await the second placed team from Pool C having won all four of their matches in Pool D.
