AUCKLAND

Samoa’s Paul Williams will have his red card hearing in Auckland on Saturday, 1 October.

Williams will have his red card hearing following an ordering off by referee Nigel Owens for a breach of Law 10.4(a) striking South African No.6 (Heinrick Brussow) during the Rugby World Cup 2011 Pool D match against South Africa at North Harbour on 30 September.

The case will be heard by the Independent Judicial Officer Christopher Quinlan QC (England).

The hearing will take place in Auckland at 16:00.
