Would you strip naked... at work... for charity?

The men of Tuatapere pride themselves on being Southland’s finest. So we challenged them to prove it. In short, we convinced a group of real Southern Men to let us take photos of them hard at work. Naked.

Tuatapere Community Swimming Pool needs a lot of money to be urgently spent to upgrade
or replace the building’s roof. We are a small town of just 600 people, but like everyone, we
want our kids to have a place to learn to swim. Unless we raise the money it could be closed
for good in the very near future. To kick-start this process, we are organising a fund-raising
2012 calendar to be professionally produced and sold far and wide. The theme is 'Southern
Men Working Hard' featuring the best Tuatapere has to offer, professionally photographed
in their work place, naked. This will be a professional and tastefully produced product. It is
hoped that the quirkiness and humour of this will have wide appeal giving it good support

100% of Calendar sales go directly to our fundraising charity - Save the Tuatapere Pool.

The calendar will be launched on Saturday 29th October at a special ‘reveal’ launch party.
Identities of our bold Southern Men will be revealed at the party. A Southern Man BBQ,
band, licensed bar and special ‘butt-naked bingo’ event will complete the evening.
