"Trash 'n' Treasure" returns to our stage

Oamaru Opera House is bringing back one of their key events in a lead-up to the 2011 Heritage Celebration Week – their annual Trash ‘n’ Treasure garage sale… and they are inviting the community to become a part of it!

“This is a fantastic event that reflects Oamaru Opera House’s continued commitment to the local community, ensuring that all residents have access to the facility, and have heaps of fun while doing so”, says Marketing Manager, Kiriana Glasson.

“OoH invite you to gather up your trash, dig out your treasures, and book a stall at the Trash ‘n’ Treasure garage sale. Get a group together or come along solo, and help us make this event a roaring success”.

The Trash ‘n’ Treasure Garage Sale will be held on Sunday 13 November, starting at 9am sharp and will be open to the public.

Oamaru CBD has already seen a huge increase in visitors thanks to the hugely successful Farmers Market, so OoH are expecting a great turnout for both events, giving locals & visitors to the region, a great day out.
