Mayor opens Baxter Exhibition Credit:

Mayor Alistair Sowman opened the exhibition of Marlborough landscape artist Brian Baxter and his sister and fellow artist, Kath Hamon of Kaikoura, at the Marlborough Art Society Yealands Gallery.
The 50-year old Society provides temperature-controlled storage space at its High Street gallery for three to four dozen items that have been publicly gifted to the Marlborough community, some of which await restoration.
