District Plan Operative On 21 November 2011

PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER CLAUSE 20 OF SCHEDULE 1 OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACT 1991

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL PUBLICLY NOTIFIES THAT THE CITY OF NAPIER DISTRICT PLAN WILL BECOME FULLY OPERATIVE ON 21 NOVEMBER 2011

Pursuant to Clause 20 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, notice is given that the City of Napier District Plan including Plan Modifi cation 1: Large Format Retail Zone, and Plan Modifi cation 2: Business Park Zone, will become fully operative on the 21st November 2011.

Copies of the Operative City of Napier District Plan are available for viewing at the Napier & Taradale Public Libraries, the Planning Department reception and online at www.napier.govt.nz keyword: districtplan.
