Valuation Rolls

The Valuation Rolls for Napier City Council have been revised by Quotable Value Limited (as the Council’s valuation service provider).

All owners and ratepayers will be posted notices of the revised values from 9 November 2011.

The revised values are as at 1 September 2011 and will be open for public inspection until 15 December, free of charge, in office hours, at the offices of:

Objections to the revised valuations must be lodged, in writing, no later than 15 December.
