BLENHEIM

A new dog control policy has been drafted for the Council, setting out the rules for dogs living in our community.

It includes rules regarding dogs’ access to public places in Marlborough including dog exercise areas and places where dogs are specifically banned.

All registered dog owners will receive written notice of the proposed changes. There will be opportunity for anyone to make a submission to the Council on this policy.

Council will be seeking your views on the proposed policy once it has been adopted by Council on 15 December.
