The name Brendon O’Hagan will probably conjure up images of important sporting events in New Zealand, as he has worked as a photographer for most of the country’s biggest media players, including New Zealand Herald and the Sunday Star Times and has had commissions from such major multi-nationals as Nike, AFP and Bloomberg.

Brendon has always really enjoyed sports photography and has blogged about his coverage of the Rugby World Cup. Having spent the last ten years covering the All Blacks from the side-lines, he took a totally different perspective for the Rugby World Cup, being assigned to cover the events around the cup for Auckland Tourism Events and Economic Development Ltd. Covering fan zones to agri days to the fan trails, he found it to be a refreshing change to running up and down the side-lines.

Brendon doesn’t just specialise in shooting live sports action. He is also proficient in documentary portraiture and corporate assignment and you can go to his website where he showcases some of his recent commissions. www.brendonohagan.co.nz

Having been a professional photographer for over 16 years, Brendon has experience working in almost any setting and conforming to tight deadlines. He is known as a versatile and creative performer who always produces “the goods”. He has a fully mobile studio set-up and the absolute latest in Canon equipment, offering any potential client a highly sophisticated professional shoot designed to meet your needs.

His client list is quite formidably impressive, including the likes of Nike, Fairfax media, AFP, Bloomberg, NZPA and many, many more.
