Sold out Rhythm and Vines releases more tickets

In what was a shock for those yet to secure their R&V tickets, Rhythm and Vines announced on Monday that 3-day passes had sold out, as they reached planned capacity.

Today, the festival is pleased to announce it will do a bonus release of 3,000 more tickets. With planning on schedule and the support of the local authorities, Rhythm and Vines organisers were able to add infrastructure and buses to cater for the additional capacity. And with long term forecasts predicting a stellar summer, this comes as excellent news as Gisborne gets ready to welcome thousands of festival-goers.

“It’s amazing to see people locking in Rhythm and Vines early this year, and we’re really happy we were able to increase capacity to fit in all the last-minute buyers too,” says Program Director, Hamish Pinkham.

“But based on recent sales and the level on demand, we don’t expect the new allocation to last much beyond Christmas, so get in fast!”
