Pengxin must have offer for Crafar farms unconditional by 31 January 2012

Pengxin International Group have until 31 January 2012 to declare the agreement to purchase the Crafar farms unconditional. 

Receivers to the Crafar farms today confirmed this final deadline.

"While the time it has take for the OIO condition to be satisfied is disappointing, we believe the timeframe out to 31 January 2012 will provide sufficient time for Pengxin to organise its purchase of the farms," said Brendon Gibson of KordaMentha
