BLENHEIM

Safe, free car parking under cover is available at the Alfred Street parking building after 1.00 pm on a Saturday and on Sundays.

You can park free of charge in the parking building after 5.30 pm on weekdays too.
The covered car park is a cool place to leave the car on a hot summer day.

Good lighting and CCTV security helps to ensure this a good off-street car park in the evening hours.

It’s a short walk across the road to the Combined Clubs building and just a few steps to the Queen Street-High Street intersection.

It’s a simple matter to park there:

  • Drive up to the barrier and take a ticket from the machine.
  • There is no charge after hours but the ticket must be used to activate the barrier arm when you leave.
  • Wind down your window as you drive out and place the ticket in the machine and the barrier arm will rise.
