Teapot Tapes leaked on file sharing site

The infamous Teapot Tape has been seeded online and can be accessed using file sharing software

The recorded conversation between John Key and John Banks during a meeting in a Newmarket cafe last years election campaign was released today.

There has been much speculation on what was said during the conversation, which Winston Peters took advantage of to gain support for NZ First.

Police are investigating the recording of the conversation.

The tape is of low quality, but the entire conversation can be clearly heard.
