Real estate agency Bayleys has appointed John Church to the newly created role of national director for corporate accounts.

John Church will assume national responsibility for developing, implementing and delivering Bayleys’ national corporate client strategies - ensuring engagement contracts are secured with both New Zealand landlord and tenant clients, and all offshore corporate clients through the company’s affiliation under the Cushman & Wakefield marketing alliance.

This will encompass managing all aspects of their real estate business - including property acquisition, divestment, leasing, tenant representation, design/build projects and advisory services.

He will also assume overall responsibility for managing the growth of Bayleys’ Auckland-based corporate leasing team.

John Church was previously the national director for leasing at Jones Lang LaSalle based in Auckland.
