WELLINGTON CITY

AppSense, the leading provider of user virtualisation technology , today announced its partnership with Resolve Technology, an IT hosting and infrastructure consultancy.

This announcement is part of AppSense’s strategic growth plans for its New Zealand partner base, to support its fast growing presence in the region. AppSense now has over 400 customers in Australia and New Zealand, after experiencing record growth and a doubling of new business orders in FY12.

“Resolve Technology has a strong reach into the New Zealand market, particularly in the public sector,” said Michael Bosnar, AppSense’s Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand. “This partnership makes concrete our support for this important part of the Asia Pacific region, where there is a strong appetite for virtualised environments.”

The partnership makes Resolve Technology an AppSense Gold Certified Solution Partner. AppSense’s partner program is focused on partner development, so that partners become educated, expert consultants. AppSense partners are empowered to offer a complete end to end application delivery, virtualisation and user virtualisation solution to their customers. This provides partners with ongoing consulting and implementation services, driving deep customer relationships and providing them with annuity revenue streams.

“Partnering with AppSense has given us new opportunities to offer innovative solutions to a rapidly expanding market,” said Simon Falconer, Managing Director, Resolve Technology. “As an AppSense Gold Certified Solutions Partner, we benefit from assistance with sales, marketing and technical resources. We are also entitled to not-for-resale licences which enables us to give potential customers accurate and live demonstrations.”

“The ability to enable and manage mobile devices within the enterprise has become a critical issue with our customers. AppSense’s solutions give us the ability to separate the user from the applications and operating system, which increases our consulting options and drives cost and productivity savings for the customer,” said Falconer.
