After great success over the past three years, the Pokerstars.net NZPT Queenstown – SKYCITY Snowfest is returning to SKYCITY Queenstown Casino from 24-29 July 2012.
The 2012 tournament is expected to be bigger than ever with interest already building from some of the top players in the Australasian and Asia Pacific regions.
As well as exciting poker action on the felts, the tournament is great for Queenstown tourism with players, friends and family expected to take part in a number of activities across the week.
SKYCITY Queenstown Casino’s General Manager, Michelle Baillie is thrilled that the tournament is returning and suggests that the benefits of the tournament to the region are greater than some may think.
“We are delighted to be working with the team from Pokerstars.net again this year. The players love coming to our beautiful town and the event is a great way to show-case Queenstown to millions of poker fans all over the world through video blogs and coverage from international poker news websites,” Ms Baillie said.
