One of the world’s best-known motorcycle marques – the legendary Harley-Davidson – will appear at CRC Speedshow for the very first time in 2012.
As the doors to this year’s CRC Speedshow open at the ASB Showgrounds on Saturday 21 July, Kiwi motorbike fans will have the opportunity to see a special selection of the latest Harley-Davidson models and Harley-Davidson clothing ranges.
“It’s brilliant to welcome Harley-Davidson to CRC Speedshow,” says the show’s developer and organiser Keith Sharp. “There’s no doubt that show visitors love seeing all kinds of new, custom and racing bikes, so to have an iconic brand like Harley-Davidson join us at this year’s show adds an exciting new dimension to this ever-expanding auto and motorsport event.”
The team from Harley-Davidson Australia is working with local Harley-Davidson dealers to create an impressive display of the 2012 Harley-Davidson model line-up.
Isabel Perez, promotions executive with Harley-Davidson Australia, says the team is all set to talk about all the great Harley-Davidson models and the branded clothing ranges.
“We’re also offering CRC Speedshow fans the opportunity to go in a draw to win one of 60 leather Harley-Davidson jackets,” says Perez.
“We’ve got something extra special for women too – make sure you collect your free copy of We Ride magazine, our women’s guide to Harley-Davidson where lots of Australian and New Zealand female riders tell their stories, inspiring more women into riding. So we look forward to meeting lots of women at the Harley-Davidson stand, where you can enter our Garage Party competition online for your chance to win one of 20 Pink Label packs – come along and collect your promotion code from one of the Harley-Davidson staff exclusively at CRC Speedshow.
“We’re looking forward to a fantastic weekend at CRC Speedshow. Mark the dates in your diary now – 21 and 22 July at Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds.”
The 2012 edition of CRC Speedshow – the sixth running of this annual automotive and motorsport expo – also features the New Zealand Hot Rod Association 50th anniversary national hot rod show and Jetblack, the New Zealand-led challenge for the world land speed record with their 13-metre long concept car. The Ezy Buy Auctions live action arena provides additional entertainment for car and bike fans of all ages and the ever-increasing line-up of new car, bike and motorsport companies exhibiting at this year’s show offer exciting show specials and competitions.
