The Draft Ten Year Plan and online submissions are available on the Council website www.napier.govt.nz keyword: drafttenyearplan. Printed copies of the plan and submission forms can be obtained from the Civic Building, Hastings Street, Napier, by phoning (06) 835 7579.

Highlights of the Draft Ten Year Plan will be published in the Summary and distributed to Napier Households as an insert in the Napier Courier on 11 April 2012.
