Art students from Blenheim’s two secondary schools have donated their talent – and their weekends – to creating a public artwork in the Alfred Street car parking building.
Their mural is a bright spot on the previously grey concrete pillars on the ground floor of the car park.
The project has been funded by the Ministry of Youth Development.
Marlborough Boys’ College Aiden Smith and Issy Cowlishaw from Marlborough Girls’ College were hard at work with their paintbrushes early last Saturday morning.
