Fieldays 2012 offers visitors over 1000 exhibitors and a full program of demonstrations at Mystery Creek Event Centre's 88 hectare event centre.

There is no lack of new products and technologies for farmers, lifestylers and townies to discover. Businesses are reporting the encouraging enthusiasm of visitors with many sales and leads made by the end of day two.

Burgess Matting and Surfacing Ltd are exhibiting at Fieldays, on the same site at N14, for the 21st year. The stand features a wide range of agricultural and equestrian recycled rubber matting plus a range of playground and commercial products. They are promoting their new Cow Foot Bath, made using recycled tyres, which reduces splashes and has many health benefits.

Another exhibitor that has been at Fieldays for around 20 years is Agrissentials at G12. The company, promoting the Changing Face of Fertiliser, have been selling certified organic fertiliser since they began showing at Fieldays and are pioneers in the introduction of rock dust and fishing kelp in New Zealand.

Opus International Consultants are a first timer at Fieldays with their stand PE21 in the pavilion promoting their rural services. Staff said Opus recognised the growing importance of the agricultural market and their display indicates the many ways in which they can help famers save money; from bridges and culverts to effluent pods.

New Zealand National Agricultural Fieldays is on now until Saturday 16 June 2012 at Mystery Creek Events Centre, 10 minutes south of Hamilton. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate, visit http://www.fieldays.co.nz for more details. Fieldays is proudly supported by strategic partners - ANZ and the University of Waikato.
