A strong move from the front by Holmwood

Holmwood Real Estate Group has today announced that the W.Thompson offices in Gore and Invercargill will now come under the Holmwood Real Estate Group umbrella.

Mike Mullen the newly appointed General Manager for the Holmwood Group says moving these two offices under the one brand is about aligning all business to consistently grow the Holmwood brand and deliver consistently high service.

“Being one of the largest players in the South Island the transition for these offices to now fit under the Holmwood Group brand umbrella is about aligning our growth strategies across the South Island. This evidently allows us to expand our distinguishing culture to focus on consistently delivering the best service we can to our clients.”

Tony Jenkins CEO of Harcourts Holmwood Real Estate Group says the Invercargill office has been a standout performer for the Harcourts Group.

“This performance is reflected in the number of national awards which the office has consistently achieved. The two new offices are therefore an exciting addition to the Holmwood Real Estate Group,” Mr Jenkins.

Holmwood’s Invercargill and Gore offices were the first offices in New Zealand to be presented with the Best Practice Accreditation Award.

Operations will continue within the same Invercargill and Gore locations but they will now market under the Harcourts Holmwood Real Estate Group brand.

Holmwood Real Estate Group currently operates five residential real estate offices in Christchurch, one in Wanaka, and at present operates three property management divisions together with the commercial office. Now adding to that Invercargill and Gore residential and property management divisions, this will make Holmwood Real Estate Group one of the largest and most successful franchise groups in Australasia.
