Trillions discovered in second set of government books

Trillions of dollars of United States taxpayer money is currently sitting in unpublicized government investment funds and people are organizing to get it back.

Foster Gamble, a direct descendant of one of the founders of Procter Gamble says the money is hidden in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR) which are published once per year.

"Imagine if you came across a treasure trove of trillions of dollars of your money, well that's what these CAFRs seems to be. It turns out that governments at the city level, at the state and at the federal level keep two sets of books," Foster said.

One set of books shows the operating expenses, the other is their endowment or investment fund. The results of the endowment fund are published once per year and are not covered by the corporate mainstream media (with very few exceptions) and is pretty much kept secret he says.

Walter Burien has been the leading voice in exposing the CAFR and says that in California at the state level alone there is over $600 billion in the investment fund and $8 trillion from the 14,000 or so local governments in California.

Burien has been under heavy censorship and intimidation for trying to publicise this information. His website is cafr1.com

Working with Burien is Clint Richardson who has produced documentaries explaining the CAFR.

"I can’t tell you how absolutely thrilled I am to finally see a mainstream figure such as [Foster Gamble] actually talk openly and publicly about the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report structure of government accounting," Richardson said.

"It is directly responsible for not only the poverty in the United States and indeed globally, but for the corporate takeover/buyout and enslavement of the entire world."
