The calves donated through the Calf Scheme are sold at a weaner fairs through the PGG Wrightson livestock trading network.

The IHC Calf Scheme has been a part of the rural calendar for over 22 years now. All proceeds go directly back into rural areas and are used in IHC programmes which make a significant difference in the lives of people and families living with intellectual disability.

PGG Wrightson's corporate sponsorship pays for promoting and administrating the Calf Scheme. Their expert livestock advice, support and networks are crucial to the scheme's success.
