NAPIER CITY COUNCIL PUBLICLY NOTIFIES THAT THE FOLLOWING PLAN CHANGE TO THE CITY OF NAPIER DISTRICT PLAN WILL BECOME OPERATIVE ON 27 AUGUST 2012

Pursuant to Clause 20 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, notice is given that the following plan change to the City of Napier District Plan will become operative on the 27 August 2012:

Plan Change 6 – Te Awa Structure Plan and Residential Rezoning

Copies of the City of Napier District Plan incorporating the above plan change are available for viewing at the Napier Public Library, the Planning Department reception and online at www.napier.govt.nz keyword: districtplan.
