Colliers Team to join NAI Harcourts in Whangarei

In a major move for commercial and industrial real estate services, ex-Colliers International’s Whangarei office will rebrand and join the Harcourts Optimize Realty business in Whangarei today.
This melding of teams is the start of new commercial and industrial services offered by Optimize Realty with the commercial team operating under Harcourts’ commercial brand, NAI Harcourts. They will work within Harcourts Optimize Realty under the guide of local Harcourts Business Owner Mike Beazley but be branded NAI Harcourts Whangarei.

NAI Harcourts New Zealand General Manager, Richard Laery, says this move ends a very busy and exciting year for NAI Harcourts.

“This year we [NAI Harcourts] have had a clear focus on a continual and rapid growth strategy. This will bring the combined strength of Harcourts and NAI Global (joint venture resulting in NAI Harcourts) to the market in Whangarei. Optimize Realty have had a big year acquiring the local Professionals office and now integrating this ex-Colliers team. This move is in direct response to our clients who want the services and results that NAI Harcourts has established a reputation for throughout New Zealand and Australia, in their area.”

Harcourts Optimize Realty’s Business Owner, Mike Beazley, says he and ex-Colliers leader Peter Peeters will be looking to the next wave of investors and growth in Whangarei which is now starting to be seen.

Joining the ranks of Harcourts Optimize Realty’s NAI Harcourts team are Peter Peeters who has been awarded the Northern Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award 8 consecutive times and is one of the most consistent performers in the Whangarei marketplace; David Beattie who has been involved in the commercial property industry for over 20 years; and Business Broker Calvin Green who specialises in business sales in Whangarei.

Further down the North Island Hamilton’s CB Richard Ellis team of six also jumped into the systems technology and global network of NAI Harcourts joining Harcourts Monarch Realty’s commercial team
under the NAI Harcourts brand. Not stopping there Wellington’s Polaris Realty was, earlier in the quarter, welcomed by Harcourts Team MKH to work with their NAI Harcourts commercial team.
