Bayleys Real Estate is growing its commercially-based valuations division - appointing Louie Lim to head up a new residential valuations service based out of Auckland.
Louie Lim has been involved with valuations for six years – including owning his own business. Based at Bayleys Central Auckland head office, Mr Lim will service Greater Auckland’s residential markets providing valuations for sale and purchase transactions, finance, and insurance purposes.
