Lake Waikaremoana Challenge

Calling all Iron Maori!

Congratulations to all those who competed in the iconic event last weekend.  Still got some gas in the tank ? – The Wairoa Community Development Trust have decided to leave Lake Waikaremoana Challenge entries open until this Sunday November 11th for any individuals or teams keen on an off road multisport event, duathlon or triathlon.

Event options –

    • One /Two day, 1 or 2 stage individual/ teams trail run – 20 / 23km  
    • One day, 2 stage individual/ teams duathlon – 27km (Run / Mountain bike)
    • One day, 3 stage individual/ teams multisport event – 42km (Run / Mountain bike / Kayak or Waka Ama)
    • Two day, 7 stage individual/ teams multisport event – 137km (Run / Mountain bike / Kayak or Waka Ama)
