Established by Laurence and Trish Benson in 2005, Seasoned & Dressed is a Wellington based gourmet catering company renowned for exquisite food and excellent service. Laurence started his career in hospitality in 1983, and has since worked in Michelin starred hotels and fine dining restaurants, with extensive experience as a Private Chef. Laurence brings a passion for great food and stunning service.

 

Trish has extensive experience in administration and a wide knowledge of their seasonal menus, providing friendly, professional advice to all of their valued customers ensuring that expectations are met.

 

Laurence and Trish believe that running a business is about looking after their clients, staff and also their community, and contributing to good causes and their local community is very important to them.
