Man found dead in car is identified

A man who was found deceased in a burnt out vehicle in Kinleith Forest, between Taupo and Tokoroa on Wednesday, 5 December can now be identified as 41-year-old Marcelo Jose Luis Pazzelli from Taupo.

Police are not treating the death as suspicious and the matter has been referred to the Coroner.
