A shocking video sent into Campbell LIVE on TV3 was broadcasted at around 7pm this evening, the video showed two adults and two children laughing at swans being killed by the jetboat they were in on Taurunga's habour.

The video went for two miniutes and the people on board even checked to see if the camera was recording.

In this case there could be maximun fines of up to five years inprisionment.

Campbell LIVE have made an investigation and have alerted the SPCA and other organistations and they will be investigating.

TV3 Reporters tried to catch up with the man involved.

The reporter went to the mans home which the door was wide open, but no reply.

When TV3 left the home the man called Campbell Live's reporter working on the story and told him he didnt know there would be fines.
