Cottonsoft manufactures toilet tissue, paper towels and serviettes for the New Zealand market out of two plants in Auckland and Dunedin. Its best-known products are Tuffy paper towels and CottonSofts toilet tissue, with the KiwiSoft brand produced for the toilet tissue economy segment.

The company’s Away from Home division, CottonsoftB2B, markets a range of jumbo toilet tissue, interfold towel, centre feed towel, 1,2 and 3-ply serviettes and dispensers. Cottonsoft also undertakes contract manufacturing and packing of housebrands.
