This is the last call for those who would like to take advantage of the IRD’s amnesty for people who have artificially diverted income through trusts or companies. The amnesty expires on 31 March 2013. The IRD’s special offer means the difference between having two years reassessed for tax and no penalties versus having multiple years reassessed plus penalties.
