Two of New Zealand’s leading experts in customer care and customer experience management, in partnership with New Zealand Business magazine have launch a unique business resource that gives both SMEs and business advisors working in the areas of customer experience and business development the opportunity to access the latest information, products and services.
Customer Experience Management (cemNZ) is collaboration between Chris Bell, and Paul Linnell well known in New Zealand as strong advocates for improving customer care as a driver for business growth and profitability.
Group spokesman Chris Bell said its vital NZ business not only keeps up with OECD country’s in the area of customer experience management, but in industries like Tourism we need to be ahead if we are going to attract visitors in greater numbers both from our traditional and growth markets.
