New Zealand ACC forced me to sign form to release private health information

I lodged a claim with Newzealand ACC 2013, ACC over a period of months tried to force me to sign forms to release private health information from an NGO health care provider. I informed Newzealand ACC, that the information that they would recieve from the NGO, would be incorrect, due to the NGO colluding with the Nationwide health and disability advocacy service, my complaint was systemically covered-up. Newzealand ACC then rejected my claim stating "Non compliance", i have full documentation.
