Contact us

Fill in your details on the ‘contact us’ page and we will give you a call, or just phone us. We will arrange a time and day to meet with you at home.

Site measure and quote

During our site meeting we will discuss your kitchen needs and accurately measure the kitchen area. With this information we will then produce an initial Kitchen design and quote which will be e-mailed to you. This service is free of charge and there is no obligation to proceed.

Confirm & Order

Once you are happy with all aspects of the design and price and wish to go ahead we produce a kitchen sales contract which details everything about your kitchen, from colours, finishes to hardware and accessories. This is checked, signed and initialled by both parties and a deposit of 50% of the total kitchen price is paid to confirm the order.

Delivery & Installation

Where possible we like to deliver the kitchen the day before installation to allow the installer an early start the following day. If for any reason this is not possible the kitchen will be delivered the morning of installation.

All installation is done by ourselves no third party installers. Laminate benchtops are supplied and installed with the kitchen cabinetry. However, stone and acrylic benchtops require templating once the kitchen cabinetry has been installed. They are then fabricated and are usually fitted within ten (10) working days from the date of templating.

Once installation is complete and everything is to your satisfaction we ask you for the final kitchen payment total price.
