Barbie Wears Flats for the First Time in 5 Decades

The ever popular Barbie has under gone a makeover.

The new Barbie Fashionista range means shoe loving Barbie is adding flat shoes to her hefty wardrobe! Barbie’s new adjustable ankles allow her to wear flats for the first time in five decades.

In addition to this, the new Barbie Fashionista line will include Barbies of eight different skin tones, 14 different facial sculpts, 18 eye colours, 22 hair styles, and 23 hair colours.

The brand has launched a video representing the changing face of Barbie – encouraging girls to own their unique style and have the confidence to be who they are.
