Emily Hunt, from Lodge Real Estate, specialises in helping first-timers into their first house and supporting them through what some people might find to be a daunting process.
Emily says her aim is to reassure first home buyers that, although the path can be scary, if you have someone on your side with your best interests at heart, the process will be much more enjoyable.
“Having just become a first home buyer myself,” says Emily, “I want to make it my mission to guide people through this exciting and terrifying experience. Anyone can do it, you just need me to show you.”
Emily Hunt has cut a swathe through the real estate industry since she arrived on the scene a year ago, stamping her mark with her unique blend of youth and enthusiasm mixed with an uncanny business sense and an understanding of the market which sets her apart from her peers.
Emily’s back-story is unusual in itself, being somewhat of a rags-to-riches tale. She has been working since she was twelve years old, such is her drive to succeed and make an impact on people’s lives. By 23 she had become general manager of well-known establishment Joe’s Garage, where she honed her skills in dealing with people and negotiating on behalf of others.
“I love solving problems and making people happy,” says Emily. “The service industry taught me about going above and beyond for people and how everyone has a story. I use their story to give them tailor made personal service. I then become part of their story.
“Your life is measured by how many people's lives you touch. I want all mine to be positive and lasting!”
